All items cannot be returned, therefore, please check the eligibility for returns before making the purchase.
Items to be returned must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Return items will only be accepted with their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
• Custom-made products and products personalised to your requirement
• Accessories
• Handbags
• Jewellery
• Products that are not eligible for return/exchange (will be specifically mentioned in product information).
Footwear will be eligible for size exchange but not returns.
In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that are damaged, or different from the one(s) ordered, please email us a photo of the product with Order Details within 24 hours of receiving the order. Email to be sent at care@artisanbazaar.com. We will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per your request. If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered, please mail care@artisanbazaar.com within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.
In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “care@artisanbazaar.com” within 24 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
List of Non-Returnable Or Non-Exchangeable Products
• Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
• Custom made and Made to order products.
• Orders placed using store credits.
• Unstitched items like Dupattas, running fabric, unstitched suits and Sarees with unstitched blouse.
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Artisan
Bazaar.
• Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non- exchangeable at the time of purchase.
For Indian Orders
Artisan Bazaar will arrange a reverse pick-up from your given address (For certain locations, reverse pick-up might not be available).
Once the returns are received by us, and have cleared necessary quality checks, you can either choose to receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for the payment. A deductible re-stocking fee of Rs.500/- per item, will be applicable for all the returns.
For International Orders
Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship back the products to New Delhi, India. Our return address will be given to you by mail only.
Responsibility of the safety of the product(s) being returned lies with you, till we receive them. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused during the transit of the product(s) from your destination to the Artisan Bazaar return address. Once returns are received by us and, they clear quality checks, you can choose to either receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for the payment. A deductible re-stocking fee of Rs.1000/- per item will be applicable for all international returns.
Refund Process
Store Credits – The product value will be added to your Artisan Bazaar account as Store Credits. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.
Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus the Re-Stocking Charges per product in your bank account. Refund will be done to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Refund process will only be initiated after the product(s) have been received at our warehouse and has been validated for return.

Arbitration

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
Governing Law
These Terms and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at New Delhi only.
